well I think I may have done it.  I may have completely broken up with shampoo.  I bought WEN cucumber cleansing conditioner
 
it doesn't have any harsh chemicals, detergents or sulfates in it.  it is what it says, a cleansing conditioner
 
after two days of using it my sister told me I looked great and said my hair looked awesome.  she felt it (this was after a day at school and work - so I had been running around all day) and she could run her fingers through it, no problem
 
I am so excited to finally not be using shampoo

Where did you purchase this incredible stuff?  Where can I get some?  I have used clarifying conditioners but never heard of a cleansing conditioner.  This sounds very promising!

I was knocked over by the price on QVC so did a Google search and it's available on ebay for less.  I wonder how long it will be until a similar product is sold by other companies for a more reasonable price?
