Not polished at all; the ends look very damaged.  I think she might need to give her hair a rest for awhile.

I think it's her best look yet. And the ends don't look that damaged. The glittery clown makeup looks horrible though. I do believe a 'OTT' is in order.

I know you can't trust everything on People magazine but supposedly, they interviewed her hairstylist and it is cut in a long A-Line.

Yea... you can see that when you look at it, it's not in blunt A-line cut like rihanna's old cut, but you can tell she have the A- line cut she just added curls

I don't like that color on her, she looks better when it was a lil darker
