How do i get my hair like this??

   I have wanted my hair like this for a while i just dont know how to do
it, and how long it may take. or what cut to get when it starts getting longer, i would imagine you would trim it ? but what do i tell teh barber and stuff? im lost and a newb lol sry.  Also how to get it to look like it does
at the bottom of the hair where it seems to curl a bit? Seriously
