hey guys! i am thinking about getting some sew in extensions, but my hair is super curly. i have looked at a few web sites and found curly hair, but i was wondering if any of you guys had reccommendations for a good curly weft. here is a picture of how curly my hair is:
sorry i look a little goofy, lol.

i was wondering if anyone has tried this hair:
that's a really good price, but do you get what you pay for?
any help is greatly appreciated!!

Hello,

I *think* the Dlux wefts have not had really good reviews.   I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.    I think there has been hair matting and weft shedding issues.

Usually you get what you pay for, and the price of $40-ish dollars per weft is super cheap, so I'd be afraid I'd be getting super cheap, crappy hair.

Check out the Bohyme deep wave.  You generally can't go wrong with Bohyme, but it's more expensive than the Dlux.

Wow, your curl looks like mine!!
Off topic but I recently bought Curl Keeper and I love it!! I mean
I'm all about cones but this stuff is water based w/o cones!!

Anyway, I've found the best match for curly hair is Indian hair.
Extensions Plus zig zag hair is great and it LASTS!! They have
all different textures.

You can also request samples from Wagman. The can't send you
the color samples but you'll see their textures (in the natural color).
French Body Wave might work or the Euro-Curl. You can wash the samples
and see how the curl looks compared to your own.

My only caveat on the Bohyme Deep Wave is that I've heard the curl does drop after the first wash, and so while the marketing pic is GORGEOUS, unfortunately, the hair does not keep that level of curl.

For curly hair I suggest the following vendors:
  1. Nature Girl (http://naturegirl.net) Some of most consistently curly I've ever seen
  2. Bliss (http://www.blissenterprisesonline.com/products.htm)
Bliss not always carry all lengths for the curlier textures on their website (they reserve much of this hair for their local Los Angeles clientèle) However despite their limited online offerings, you may still find some options that suits your needs.. This hair is HEAVENLY and well worth the cost..
  3. Wagman (http://www.wagmanhair.com/)
  4. Extensions Plus (http://extensions-plus.com)
Good luck in your quest for the perfect curly hair! Tongue
