So I got a 2 WTG on my last cut and it just feels to me like softy don't do anything for me anymore. Mediums feel better on my scalp and I can feel it actually penetrate past my hair and touch my scalp lightly. Should I just move to the med or stay with a softy.

willie i feel you..i did the same thing and i still been using the softy but then again i always use all 3 brushes anyway....theres nothin wrong though...if you feel like you need the medium then use the medium....nobody knows your hair better than you so you make the choice.

Try the medium and see if you like what it does.

The cold part about it, you might not feel the softy believe it or not, it is working.

I understand how you need to actually feel the brush against your scalp it's a great feeling.

Being that your hair is longer with the 2 wtg. I would say do about 80% of your brushing with the medium.

Then finish the polish it off with the softy for connection purposes and to smooth everything back down, From what the medium fluffed up.
