Hi, i currently have my hair  in a short  back n sides style  with it messy on the top.

Although, i want to grow it so that it goes back from the fringe and the sides.

I was wondering about how long it would need to be, also what i would say to the hair dresser and whether the sides and back would need short as mine are at the moment.

Any comments would be appreciated!
