Right now I have small straight bangs. I like to comb them over to the side. I was thinking next time I get them trimmed, I'd have them cut at an angle. I dont want the thick side swept bangs. Something like that but smaller and shorter. Does anyone have any pictures, I could show my hairdresser?

This is how I wear my bangs. The pic is few months old, my hair is little longer on the sides and back, but bangs are the same. I get them cut as regular bangs straight across, but I always end up combing them to the side. My question is, should I keep getting them cut straight across, or maybe at an angle? I'm letting the rest of my hair grow to 1 length. Thanks

Thanks for the picture. I'd say that if you're going to keep the bangs, try the angle cut; I'd also go for just a slight angle at first to see if you like it. If you're going to keep sweeping to the side (which looks great BTW), I'm thinking a slight angle would help to accentuate that look.

Thanks Hawk. I was leaning toward getting bangs cut at an angle to the side. I've been looking at pictures of bangs, and all the side swept bangs are long. I don't want that. It would be nice to have a pic to show my hair dresser what I want. I did find this one yesterday. What do you think?
