I badly need a change in my hair. Right now I have a slightly layered, midway between chin and shoulder cut (which is too long for my tiny build- 5`3" and 105 lbs). My hair is stick straight, too. I was thinking about this cut: http://www.substance.com/hn/mc/slide/0,11429,264948-5,00.html But probably having to flip out the back, bc my hair isn`t wavy like the models. Now about the highlights- I have medium to dark brown hair. I have a fair complexion, and blue eyes- I was blonde as a child. I like the "sun-kissed" look but 1) aren`t sure it`s appropriate right now going into fall/winter and 2) am afraid of looking brassy. I also like red but am a little afraid of looking orange. Any tips? Thoughts about the cut?
Its a really great cut that should work great with your hair type. Adding some "flip" to that style would realy up the trendy/ sexyness factor of that style. As far as you highlights... they are generally as good as the person that does them so find a great colorist!
