I have a section of my hair purple, and I also bleached this section. I use Rusk Scream which is a semi-permanent, and I get fab results. Sally's sells this product. Google Rusk Scream for colours.

Never bleach hair til it's white! Argh I don't know why she told you to do that. Once bleached past the pale yellow stage the hair will be far too processed to retain any colour. What's the condition like? You may have to use a protein filler and deep conditioner before the hair will hold any colour.
so if i bleach it too much it just wont be able to absorb the purple? right now its blue and its fallen off, but its just a little part so i might as well cut it off and try with another one...

Yes, over bleaching causes irreversible damage to the hair, and if you have bleached it to white, then it is over done. To achieve white hair, hair must be bleached to the colour of the inside of a banana, then toned.
You don't need the hair to be white because you are only putting a darker colour over the top. Even the lightest 'crazy colours' only need to be applied to pale yellow hair. This over bleaching issue happens to girls that have been bleaching their hair for years, and when they decide to go dark, have a tremendously hard time trying to get the colour to 'stick'. This is because the bleach has affected the hair's porosity, which is the hair's ability to absorb liquid or moisture. In this case the purple dye (which I'm assuming is a semi permanent - I'm not familiar with the brand).
Starting again would be ideal (is that even possible to cut it off???) or you could leave it blonde, if you're happy with the colour, and if it doesn't look too fried. Bleach to pale yellow, lightly shampoo, deep condition, apply the purple, leave on as long as possible, with heat is ideal. Let it cool down to set it, then rinse.
well... now i'm kind of desperate... what has fallen off is the color... so i started with a new section... but i coudnt do it... maybe it's because my hair is way to dark... or it could be that in january i dyed it kind of a 2 tones lighter than mine with garnier something which had do lighten its color... i don't know what else to do:P i bleached a part, its light brown and i put the dye... in the bleached part nothing happens por above it, were i didnt bleach it dyed a little bit... but nothing noticeable

Perhaps you should go to a pro for the bleaching, and apply the purple yourself. Bleach can be very difficult to deal with, especially if you have colour in your hair already. It wouldn't be expensive for 1 or 2 chunks.
If you still want to do it yourself, answer me this. - what bleach are you using? - what developer strength? - what's your hair's condition like?
Any pictures of your hair, and/or how you want it would be helpfull too.
