help-oompa lumpa!!!

hi guys, i recently lightened my base (med-dark brown), and put highlights in it-i wanted jannifer anistons color.  at the time it came out a strawberry-ish blonde-which i wasn't thrilled with but it was ok.  it's been about 4 weeks now and it's an orangey-yellow color, i've also been away so i'm tan and now i feel like i look like an umpa-loompa!!!   is it easier to just dye it back to brown, then eventually put some highlights in it or have her try to touch up my roots and fix this horrendous color??  she used goldwell, which normally i love, but i pulled a lot of red this time.  thanks in advance for your help!
