Hi all, I need to know a relatively easy really feminine hairstyle for hair that is about 3-inch long all over, please help!

You might want to try a little hair flip. Just put rollers or use a curling iron (on low if possible...heat styling damages hair) and flip out the ends. You can do it all the way around or just towards the front, either way, it looks really cute and ultra-feminine.
