i had not ever used the loreal dyes that you can get at sally's....i finally did and i am very very glad.  the color is beautiful and my hair feels soft and is very shiny.  i used the loreal preference with ion developer.  i think i am going to stick with the loreal.  they use it at eric fisher's salon here, he is a well known stylist.....they use goldwell and loreal.  i recommend this product.  i have used matrix so color, redken, wella, ion ect and this is the best yet.

What color did you use? What was your starting color?

my starting color was very light copper blonde....i put the burnished copper-level 7 on my hair....i wanted a deeper color so i just used the 10v....it is beautiful and so natural looking....it felt soft and silky and the shine was incredible.  i will be sticking with this perm dye for roots and probably just use a soap cap to refresh the ends....you only process for 25 min so i don't know if you get less damage or what.
