Kylie Minouges...Blonde Hair?

Anyone who has seen Kylie Minougues new video - IN MY ARMS, not wow,on her video when she dances next to the fan when she has all the bold colored eyeshadow on, not the bit when her hair is curly it is straight, that is the color of blonde i want and trying to achieve, its more ash blonde, is there anyone out there who knows how to get that same color of blonde and what colors to use etc, i am very familiar with goldwell but not sure what to add to achieve these results, and also which toner i'd need to use. Thank you
