Can anyone help me please! I am currently using igora royal 12-1 special blonde cendre it used to give me excellent results until i became pregnant! Im not pregnant at the moment. Now i am always left with this warmth tone rather than cool ashy! I see there is color correctors in igora to add to tints to achieve better results but only thing is i dont know what to use and how much mixing ratio etc.

Maybe your hair has gotten darker?  Maybe it's time you try bleach?  Hope this helps. My hair got darker after I was preggers.
