How to get copper color out of my hair w/o ruining blonde highlights?
Should I tone or just dye over or highlight over?

you can apply some violet based toner and it will take the orange down alot.....it is opposite on the color wheel which means it will neutralize it...it might give your highlights an ashy tone but you can retone them i suppose.

blue is opposite of orange and that will take that away.  use something blue based, such as toner or a blue based dye.
