THis seems to have escaped this usually observant crowd, but it appears that Mary Carey (late of Celebrity Rehab) has ditched her extensions.  She looks much healthier (both hair and otherwise):

I'm not sure if it's the short hair or the hard partying lifestyle, but she sure looks older.
