to shrinkies amm

first off i just wanted to say.the hair looks beautiful.i am definately not complaining about that.that is exactly what i wanted.i was just a little dissapointed in the length.my natural hair is the same length as the thermo i received.so not very useful for me unless i want volume.and yes i guess the policy is you can return.but i did open the package to measure.how else could i do it.so therefore i guess i am stuck with them.but nothing against you i know you did not make them.but now its like 30.00 dollars down the drain once again.that is why somtimes its best to but through e-bay.because there are some vendors that will take them back.no problem.because i have read their policy.this policy about opening packages is kindof nuts.i mean just to open the package and admire them.is a little to late to return. but you live and learn.

brandonlee just for the record why would you order hair close to the same length as you natural hair? If your going for length? certailny two inches wouldn't cut it! Seems to be your error.
