Does anyone use Hollisters Medical Adhesive on its own, and can i remove it with 99% alcohol?

Yes you can remove it with 99% alcohol.

You can use it alone but you will have to keep retouching it.

choclatey, will I have to keep retouching it everyday?  I only want about a 3 day hold at the moment as I cannot cope with keeping my lf on longer than that.

Lifecoach, when I did Hollister's alone I had to touch up everyday.  Hollister's alone has worked for some people. But what I have noticed is that those people also decided to find another adhesive because it wasnt working so great after awhile.  When I did use Hollister's, my first adhesive, I also found that when I combined it with HDWA or Davlyn it held alot better.  As far as getting a 3 day hold maybe you should try Mastix P SG that's what I use and I only require a 3-5 day hold myself....then I HAVE to wash my head. Also maybe try tapes....they work great for a quick hold.

I use graftobian SG right now, I don't really want to use only tape as i cannot work out how to make it go right to the edge.
 
I may mix Hollisters with SG or davlyn.
