Do you leave some of your real baby hair out of the lace wig in the front/back or both?

Nope. I don't find it necessary for a realistic app. and I like to keep all my edges protected underneath the lf.
 
JazzyGeri does though and it looks good when she does it. She pulls her own bangs out in the front.
