Glow in the Dark hairgel

Do you think glow in the dark hairgel is a good idea?.
I mean a gel that does not need any other light .. such as ultraviolet , but entirely self illuminating, that creates its own light source?.
How do you think it could be used?. For what markets/events?.. parties . concerts etc?.. Halloween?.. I need to know to make sure I understand all the markets that could be covered for such a product. Hair salons...well  I am not sure about.. as it is a fun product, not a professional product. Hairdressers might not like it or think it is not novel or interesting etc. The product is FDA approved for safe use on hair and skin of course. But its only temporary.. only glows for 4 hours. And certainly wont glow in Daylight or bright lights!. Only in Total Darkness/or half light . It will wash off after use though. It is useful for indoor or outdoor events at night or in dark.. but it is limited from that point of view. The main thing is it s safe. But will it be popular?. Has anyone ever worn a glow in the dark hair product before?. Are they popular? Do girls wear them more than guys?.... Where are they most popular?.. Raves?.. Parties?.. All info would be welcome.
