Man, that's a tricky question! To tell you the truth, I think they're both pretty good. If you want a more reliable purchase, I would go with Bohyme (Super Hair Factory). I hear that Sampook's hair is beautiful, but I think there have been problems with her customer service. Look at her feedback rating -- pretty low, but she has been selling for quite awhile. Honestly, I don't think you will be disappointed by either purchase.
I have had decent luck with Jetset, but I think it can be hit or miss. Some batches of hair is really nice, and others on the dry side. I think their machine wefted sheds so you'd need a weft sealer for it.
I am currently wearing 22" Jetset handtied that I made into clip ins. I have been using this hair for at least a year now and it's still nice. I have even colored it a few times too.
Jetset is worth a try, but remember, the blonds tend to be really yellow and usually need toning.
