hi,  i am having a really difficult time finding a salon that is trust able, i need a well known salon with a professional hair color expert and one that also does hair tests, i don't know much about hair but i went to a salon and my hair is like 5 different colors and i am really upset because it was virgin hair except for about 3 inches on the bottom , i dont  believe  that i speak alien i really dont know what happend and how she misunderstood me and im super regretful and depressed but that really doesnt mateer, im not going back there no matter what. so anyways i live in north tonawanda buffalo ny, near niagre falls so if anyone has a=dice on a well known salon with a professional hair color experti would be very thank ful, the moneyu doesnt matter . thank you for your help. i wanted it to be blonde if that helps.

Maybe try this site & google certified hair colorist ny or city-data.com & ask. Many people whom move discuss their favorites etc.  You may also try by a brand name if you like a certain look like Goldwell or Wella... & find a salon like that in your state etc...
