Hi everyone, my name is Rachel and i found this website tonight as i am desperate for some advice!! I had extensions put in by a salon recommended by a colleague of my husbands, they were put in on thursday but on saturday when i was styling my hair 4 fell out, have i done something wrong? They said to treat it as my own hair and i have been gentle with them, also they are european and i paid �250 for them but they feel really thick and course and tangle very easily. I am starting to think i have been duped. Also is is true they cannot be layered? Thanks
