Micro beads? As in micro links? the "stick hair" that is threaded into a copper tube and then clamped shut?  You can buy bulk hair and glue it or buy pretipped

If using micro rings or and type of bead, tube, ring method you definitely want to use pretipped (aka I-tipped or stick tip) hair. Whether you purchase it already tipped or you pretip it yourself. You just wouldnt want to attempt to use it without it being pretipped or it will all fall out!

Thanks so much for your reply! i have flashpoint 909 remy pre tipped hair but i HATE the hair. I love the extension method but hate the hair.  I'm a little nervous to glue the hair myself. i'm not a pro by any means!

Any suggestions for a brand of hair to use for this?

Thank you for the comments about the 909. I have been thinking about trying it since it is supposedly Ukrainian hair. I have heard bad reviews of it though in the past as well. From the pictures I have seen, it looks coarse like Chinese hair (of course, it is so hard to tell in pictures).

As far as brand, Bohyme almost always gets good reviews. They have stick hair, but, it is expensive. I had heard Donna Bella is pretty good too.

I just installed a full head of the Hairpiece Remy 909 super keratip on a client today.  Out of the package the hair looked great and was very soft and fine in texture.  We'll see how well it holds up...
