I am sick and tired of my old haircut. I was thinking about maybe going shorter... but I've had long hair all my life and I'm nervous. Also, I want bangs. I kind of have half bangs right now, and I was thinking maybe short, straight across bangs across my forehead that I could sweep to the side. Here's a picture.

you could take the length up to you shoulders and cut some bangs in.Then see how you feel about this change and that maybe just enough.You'd still have plenty of length,just a thought

you should cut it even to your chin and leave the bangs long and sweep them across
i think that combined with your color will be a knockout!!!
dont worry about having never gone short before you have great eyes and a great face for it
go for it!!
the long hair kina drags your face down a little (still cute but not WOW)

While you are pretty, your hair does nothing for you.
I would think going to chin length with bangs would be great on you framing you face and those big eyes better.
How about something like this?

You have a face that could pull off just about any haircut from what you have now to super short.  I agree with a chin length cut with either side swept bangs or traditional bangs.  Go for it, you'll look awesome.  Please let us know what you decide.  Thanks,
