Right i need help asap
I am fed up of paying out the nose to get my hair coloured dark brown when it isn't quite the colour brown i like.
 
I want a really nice choclate brown, so i purchased a box dye  from L'oreal excell 10(chocolate) and wondering am i doing the right thing? as my hair is in such bad condition from my previous hair dressers keep dying.
 
HELP!

It would help if you would post a pic of your hair and describe your natural color, plus the color of your hair now with the hair color in it.

I love Loreal Excellence, I use medium ash brown (5N, I think) but it comes out pretty dark--darker than chocolate.

What color is your hair now?
