this may sound like a dumb question but i was eating gelatin parfait. [jello with wip cream] i ws reading the ingredients and it said fatty acid. is this a fatty acid good for the hair?

Actually, the fatty acids added to jello are probably there as an emulsifier, and in very small amounts. I have just started taking flax seed oil (less than a teaspoon in my OJ) for essential fatty acids, which are good in general and good for hair!
