I Had my hair colored about 2 months ago, well Friday I had a semi-perm put on to go normal. Then out of stupidity on Sunday let someone highlight it and it left spots, they couldn't correct it then b/c they did not have a dark enough color, so instead of waiting I decided to go have it fixed, the lady at the salon recolored my hair, darker than normal but missed the parts I wanted corrected (still have orange spots on top and patches of blond highlights left), now all I want to do is get back to my normal color, any suugestions? I'm afraid my hair is going to either be fried or fall out!

I would call back the hairstylist that did this and have them repair it. If they do not cooperate, talk to the manager or owner. You paid your hard earned money and was not satisfyed with the results and was not given what you asked for.
Let us know how it turns out.
I am a professional Hairstylist/Haircolorist with 19 years experience. I have traveled all over the country for my advanced education. I am also a salon owner.:)........and I LOVE Redken!!!
Well the owner is the one who did my hair. She said that she told me that it wouldn't cover up all the blond. But I figured that meant I could still have streaks, ok that is fine but not an inch of blond in the middle of the hair. Anyways I went back to my normal stylist who got back from vacation yesterday and gave her the run down, she said she should have beat me for not waiting but that she could fix it. She told me to wait 10 days and come back she would use a shampoo that strips the color than tone it and that should fix it. So at least I don't have to wait forever!
