Questions

A few months ago, I posted about this hairstyle:

Well, I still want to get my hair dyed like this and I need y'all to answer some questions for me.(btw, my hair's dyed black)

1.If I want to dye the tips red, could I just bleach 'em til they're orange?

2.Shoud I dye the tips pink or red?

3.When I'll need to get the black part re-dyed, will they have to dye over the red(or pink) part or can they just avoid it?
