I have never heard much one way or the other about the quality of the hair or the system. It seems to me like just another one of those over inflated priced, celebrity endorsed methods/systems that is hyped up to be something bigger and better than everything else.
 
This desist and refrain order doesn't have anything to do with the hair, the system or the quality. It is over franchise and corporate laws in California
