Hi all :waving:,
I just thought I'd post some progress pictures as I reached my first mini goal of BSL curly. My hair has also grown from 25" to 30" from May 08 with three microtrims of less than 0.25" in that time. I'm very pleased with my initial 5" growth. I take two hair vitamins; Figaro Hair Food and QSilica. The BSL point for me is the black stripe on my dress. It's great that my second layer has reached the point of where my longest layers were originally.
My next goal is to grow my hair waist curly and from there I'll either maintain my hair or keep on growing until it is hip curly. I'm also growing out my hair colour as well. It is not obvious in the photos that my hair is two toned but you can see the difference in colour from the first photo to the second.
Here are the photos of my progress - curly
Here are the photos of my progress - stretched
Thanks for all your support, tips and hints!

WOW - your hair has sure grown. I am a fan of long curly hair too.
Thanks Kimbearly! I was in doubt that my hair actually grew! I think all the length was being cut off by hairdressers. The quality of the hair has improved thanks to Jojoba oil which is the only main difference to what I was doing before. Hopefully, I'll have more progress pics to show mid next year. I don't like to take too many pictures as I want to see some actual progress

AHHHH - Hairdressers. I run from scissors. This has been the longest for me without getting a trim - 6 months!!! I am glad the jojoba oil works for you. I tried it but it made my eyes burn. Having wavy hair myself- my hair really likes warmer weather so it can soak up some humidity. This winter weather is making my hair flatter and thinner feeling. I am going to Florida in a month and will take some pics there :O)
