Its seems Katy loves the bob as she seemingly had it re-bobbed and this time took it up about another 1 1/2 - 2 inches.
It is now cut bluntly ABOVE her shoulders accented by blunt cut bangs.
she would totally rock the chin length bob. Maybe that is next, hmm?
 
I LOVE IT!!!
 
The latest bob haircut:
Long with BLUNT bangs or ALL cut to lip length, I cant decide my favorite!

When I first saw this cut I thought it was a major downgrade on her.  Since then she has totally rocked it.  Katy is a girl who just gets things.  She knows how to make herself look good.   She has had some times recently where the bob with bangs has been stunning. 
 
It would be bland on a lot of people.  Works great on her.

I've gotta disagree. This is an awkward length, it looks like it could be a wig, and with the makeup and outfit, makes me think she's channeling a "queen" character in some old gladiator movie. Plus, if you look at the bangs, they're not really very even from left to right.

I think she could do a great bob, but this isn't it. Since she's gone this far, I'd agree that she should try chin length, and soften the bangs a bit.
