Thoughts and comments on new Loreal Elvive Vita Max?

I've just seen this new shampoo (starring the lovely Milla Jovovich) about the Loreal Elvive Vita Max - any comments? Worth it?

Aqua sodium laureth sulfate,dimethicone,coco betaine,cetyl alcohol,hydroxestreayel.cetyl ether,cocomidemippa,niacinamide,guarhydroxypropyltrimonium chloride,tocophyl acetate,sodium cetearyl sulphate,sodium metheparamyn,dmdm hydantion,panthenol,propylene glycol,carbomer and parfum.
