How do I get my hair like this?

Is it a specific style or something? Is there any special way I should ask to get it cut?

I know he has it short around his ears and the bottom of the back, but that's about it.

Also, how would I get the top to stay completely combed back like that?

If you look closely, he has it cut short on the part of the sides, and just a bit at the bottom.

But is that all that's needed to keep it back like that is spray? Could you recommend me a kind of spray that would do it like that?
