Hello! I am new to this forum, but I'm hoping someone can please help me! :)

What are your thoughts on using Great Lengths Shampoo, Conditioner, etc? I was told by one stylist that I just need to use sulphate-free product, so I continued to use Kerastase. Now, another stylist told me that Kersastase is the worst thing I could use because it contains silicone. Should I buy the Great Lengths product?

I'm a little worried because I lost about 4 pieces last week and they had a lot of my hair on the end (not a little like normal, like a lot!). Could it be the Kerastase?
