need help on my waves durag is messin me up

I'm quite new to waves. As you can see I had waves but, I got my hair cut a little bit too short and now whenever I try to put on my du rag my hair come out nappy; like I went to bed without a du rag in the first place. I normally wear a du rag and my hair lies downs perfectly so what's wrong now and is my hair too short or what? What should I do and is there a reason for this?

Sorry bout that the picture didnt load, i fixed my problem i went out and bought a wave cap and a new durag and i have been hearing about lets jam so i bought that too so im gonna see if it works any better

i agree with do, just tie the durag tighter. Its made so you can lay your hair down no matter what the length is. Its a way better solution than going out and buying new products.

If you're gonna tie your du-rag tighter wear a wave cap underneath so you don't wake up with a nasty line on you head
