I will try to keep this short, my hairdresser has been using a semi on my hair was blonde and went dark brown....really liked the colour but the last few times I went the roots kept going orange. I put a post on here and got some good help and advice. I went back a couple of days ago but just for a cut and she asked why so I explained I wasnt happy and I found a colour and was doing it myself. She said she would do a colour for free as I hadnt been happy and it happened again!!!
She said perhaps if I put some caramels in it would look better so I said ok hours later and I mean over 5 hours it was a complete mess, her boss said she would sort it and to come back the next day stupidly I did.......my hair is now a funny blonde but the condition is really terrible, dry and breaking...Ive tried to leave it to dry naturally but its just a big ball of frizz!!! any help on how to get my hair back on track would be really appreciated!
