 I was reading that flax seed is good for the hair.  I am in the process of growing my hair long to donate. I also read that flaxseed helps the grow of the hair. I am taking 2400mgs a day on the flax seed caplets . Has anybody used  flax seed not only they are vegetarian, just for the hair  to grow longer and how can one tell the difference of the hair?
