If you were to color your hair an unnatural color, what color would you choose and why?

Try to think of it as purely out of imaginative preference, what speaks to your creative soul; put aside anything about what others might think, if it were flattering to your coloring (after all, it is unnatural coloring, anyway), whatever!
Doesn't matter if you're an experimental or a traditional kind of person, or somewhere in between. What color attracts you?

If you have dyed it an untraditional color before, what color did you choose and what inspired you to do it that way?

(As for me: I'd choose a deep magenta or bold violet...)

I would dye my hair a platinum blonde and then add in streaks of hot pink!!!!! I think it fits my bubbly, crazy, spontaneous personality, and it would attract a lot of attention.

Wooooooooo

I'd make mine really pale pink . . .why? I'm not quite sure, but it seems the most natural of all the 'unnatural' colours.

When I was 16, I dyed my hair alpine green. I was looking at the darker shades of Punky Colours because I wanted something that would cover my natural strawberry blonde color without bleaching it first. The green was my favorite of the selection. It actually looked really cool, IMO, though I got a lot of "Why did you do that?!" at school, and my parents had a fit.

Hey Gang,

When I was in beauty school in the 80's (eek) I wanted my hair to be a mix of Ricki Rocket and Cindy Lauper. White blonde with a cherry red streak in the front and the side of my head shaved from my temple to the back of my head. AAACCKKK!!

Those of you who know me well are probably very shocked!! (Little miss ultra conservative).

I was dating my husband at the time and he had me curl my hair down over the shaved areas when I was around his mom.

The big question is how many of you remember who Ricki Rocket was?? Hint; belong in group
I am a professional Hairstylist/Haircolorist with 19 years experience. I have traveled all over the country for my advanced education. I am also a salon owner.:)........and I LOVE Redken!!!

Wow, you're quite daring, LiliBeach! Indeed, that was one of the less conservative looks...

For those who have read the 5th Harry Potter book, you know how Tonks can change her appearance instantly at will? I wish I could do that with my hair, that'd be sooo cool...
