How can I duplicate this cut?? (Pics included)

   I love the cut of the bang area/front in these pics! Please tell me how I can cut my hair to duplicate this!! IS there a special technique (beacuse it almost looks like the ends of the bang area are somehow slightly longer than the middle area-right?) ANd how do I know which section of hair to grab?
