Can someone please tell me what I should SPECIFICALLY ask my stylist to do to recreate this cut?  Last time I asked for layers (which I assume this cut has) I ended up with these fringe like things on my sides (yuk!).  So does anyone know exactly how to get this cut?? ANd also, are there bangs in this cut or no? THanks everyone!!!
