Hi can someone please help? maybe super grover or uzma?

i used some in my hair today and left it for an hour under a heating cap. Exactly what steps should i follow to remove it? and is this iol good for my hair. I put shampoo in my hair and lathered it up however my hair looks extremly nasty and stink. After i put it i towel dried my hair and put Aussie Hair Insurance and some Got2b So Smooth liquid fixx miracle repair treatment. my ends aren't feeling too fantastic right now. any suggestions on what to do next time? thank u
