QuoteReplyTopic: Frosting - bleach spots on hairline Posted: September 17 2009 at 8:57am
Hi all,
I have medium brown hair which I just frosted myself last night with a caramel frosting kit. It turned out much lighter than expected but I kind of like it. The only problem is that I got too close to the hairline a few times and now I have these bleach spots..circles. I tried to upload a picture but it wont work, sorry.
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to do to get rid of them? I was thinking of getting a box of dark brown hair color and just touching up those little spots....will that work?
Also, since I think there is a tad too much blonde in it now, can I put the cap back on an pull through a few strands and use the darker hair coloring to darken it up just a little bit while keeping some of the blonde highlights?
Thanks! Lisa

Sorry I didn't get any responses, but I am happy to report that it worked beautifully! I didn't pull all the highlights thru a cap, but I finger painted a few with a medium brown and I have warm caramel highlights there now.
