ive been wondering how would i get my hair to be like this or going into the stages of this aka mini fro i want it to be curly but neat at the same time

Is your hair tightly curled?  If it is, you can just pick your hair out to the size you want.  If it is not , you can do a small roller set, which may give you a similar effect.
