HeLp!

I thought the starightner would make my hair straight but it really doesn't do anything. And my curler is 38 mm and each time I tried curling my hair it wouldn't last more than a minute.

M hair is wavy but I want big puffy curls on the bottom of my hair. My hair goes down to my chest so it's pretty long. I haven't tried to use hair spray because I don't have any yet, and I wonder if it really makes such a difference?

Please help me and advise me on how to get the big curls I want, and make them last. :( Is my curler too big for what I want? Perhaps I should have gotten a thinner one?
