I got the extension clips from Sally's and sewed my weft to them but they won't stay in.  They just slide out of my hair.  I know tips like using hairspray and teasing to get them to stay in, but I don't want to have to do that.  I think they are supposed to close just by pressing on the ends too.  THese Sally's clips you can't just press to snap on, you have to literally bend them in the opposite direction.  Does anyone know what brand/where to get the clips that stay in?

I had the same problem. But clips I bought from Sherrie work well for me.

By any chance are the clips these kind, with the straight teeth?

I used ones like these and had the exact same problem- they would just come right out. I had to readjust them several times a day.

I started using these ones- with the round teeth- and they are amazing, I have washed my hair under a power shower with my clip ins installed and they didn't come out! I wear my clip ins for 3 or 4 days without taking them out and they never come loose or need to be readjusted with these clips.

I think teasing and hairspraying the hair beforehand is crucial to making them not slip.

OR..you can put tiny rubber bands in your hair and make tiny pony tails where you would put the clip...that way they can't slide down the hair..just leave enough room to insert the clip above it.
Thanks,
JeepGirl

Current install-Bohyme Bodywave #30 and #14 in the straight hair/ they didn't have the #14 in bodywave, so I mixed them...works great!

Yes i do that with the rubber bands i have very silky hair its a brilliant idea i can go out not having to worry about my extensions and this method doesnt make the clips more noticeable.
