DARK TO BLONDE- UNSOLVED MYSTERY....

I have gone black to platinum twice in my life with no problems...

Recently I decided to go platinum again and I am having quite the stubborn issue.  My hair will not lift anymore and it is pinkish. Here is a history of what was done...(i have been deep conditioning between everything)

My hair started out Platinum.
 A few months back I added a neutral filler and colored it Dark Ash Brown.
 A couple of weeks ago I used Effasol.
 A week later I bleached it with 30 vol and quick blue.
A few days later I bleached it again, it didn't lift.
Let it rest and a week later I did a test strand with a diff bleach, didn't lift.
Today I used with Frosty Ash haircolor and 10 vol  and it did cancel out the red, but now I am left with maybe a level 6 or 7.


My hair will not lift anymore. It's really frustrating, I've NEVER had this problem.  I even took it Platinum back from Dark Ask Brown before with no problem.
