Need help with bleached hair

Hello everyone!
Okay so I used to have blond streaks in my hair that I would dye pink,purple, etc. Then I dyed it all black.
Recently I wanted to put a chunk of blond in.
So I used Beyond The Zone bleach from Sally's, I usually use that it works well for me.
But my hair started to become elasticy and break off, so I washed it out. Now my hair is a orange/dark blond color.
Can I bleach it again to get light blond? Or do I have to wait til it grows out?
