First thing i am a horrible speller. Secondly I have been doing the wash with conditioner only for 2 or 3 weeks and I love it, but I am starting to notice some build up want to do the vingear rinse but how? Dilute it? Before or after wash? Help

Sorry I can't help with the vinegar rinse... it's been a while since I've done it. But I also do the condition only wash (most of the time) and when I notice buld-up I just wash with a clarifying shampoo, then use a good conditioner after. That works for me better than the vinegar rinse did.

I have use Dawn dishwashing liguid it strips it all, but I want something less harsh. I will try the shampoo though.

I haven't done this in several years and I'm not exactly sure of the amount of vinegar, but here goes. Use apple cider vinegar, (not white vinegar) and dilute it. Very small amount of vinegar (about 1 tablespoon to 1 gallon warm water). Use as a final rinse every 2 to 3 shampoos, too much vinegar too often will cause some breakage.

I haven't done a vinegar rinse in a very long time either so I checked a hair recipe book I have. I found this interesting recipe.

Rinse
1 large apple
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Tools
large bowl
blender
strainer

To Make Rinse: Combine apple (peeled and cut into small pieces) with apple cider vinegar and 2 cups of water. Put ingredients into blender and blend on high for 15 seconds. Strain to remove solid pieces.

To Use Rinse: Pour liquid over hair, massage in and rinse with cool water.

Again, I haven't used this recipe so I can't vouch for how well it works but it certainly sounds good. At least it wouldn't have that vinegar smell.
