Find a picture of him online. If you can't, then take a screen shot of the video by pressing the print screen button on your keyboard. Past it into an image document and print it out. Then take it to a stylist. If you don't have natural wave and flippies, and a wave pattern simular to his, you'll need to style it that way.

Well from the short time I was able to see his hair, it looked like it was layered and bits and pieces were flipping out at the ends. My hair does that when it's short, but much more severe than his. I've always called them flippies. I'm not sure what they're called in the professional hair business. Probably not flippies.

After watching a second time, it seems the flippies are just in front, by his face. And I think I saw some in back at the very ends for a split second too. There's not as many as I thought when first watching the video.
